S.S. Rana

MUIT, Noida Campus, and S.S. Rana have entered into a collaboration with the primary objective of providing apprenticeship/internship training to selected students to enhance their industry readiness. The collaboration involves the design of on-the-job training curriculum for apprenticeship/internship embedded degree programs. Both parties will jointly assess the performance of students during the apprenticeship/internship period and issue certificates upon successful completion. Additionally, S.S. Rana will assist MUIT, Noida Campus, professionally in filing intellectual property rights (IPR) for inventions and work developed by its students. The collaboration extends to research and publication activities, with both entities working together on books and research papers covering various law subjects. Copyright in the literary work will jointly vest with both parties, and due credit will be given to each in the publications. Furthermore, MUIT, Noida Campus, in association with S.S. Rana, will organize workshops, seminars, and webinars for university students on law subjects. The details of these events, including duration, topic, and date, will be mutually agreed upon by both collaborating parties. MUIT, Noida Campus and S.S. Rana shall jointly work towards research and publication of Books and research papers covering any /different subjects of law. The Copyright in the literary work of the Book shall jointly vest with both the Parties and due Credit shall be given to both the Parties in the Book.
