The Concept of Entrepreneurship and Sustainability of Business in Modern Era

Guest lectures have become an indispensable part of today’s education and industries. Our university’s mission is to spread the culture of guest lectures and students interacting with expert speakers in order to improve the students' thinking and understanding.

With this viewpoint, the School of Business Studies and Maharishi International University jointly organized a guest lecture on "Entrepreneurship and Sustainability of Business in the Modern Era" on March 28, 2023, for the students of BBA and MBA. The invited speaker for the session was Mr. Vikram Gulati, Assistant Professor of Management, Maharishi International University, IOWA. The lecture started with a welcome note by Dr. Mudita Agarwal, Dean, School of Consciousness.

The main focus was on the integration of sustainability into all aspects of business. It was a highly informative and interactive session, where students learned the importance of innovation, creativity, and embedded sustainability in business.

With the help of a few interesting exercises, he guided the students to come up with some innovative ideas. It was indeed an enlightening session. It helped students learn about the importance of sustainability in entrepreneurship and business management practices. More than 100 students along with faculty members from both campuses attended this wonderful lecture. The session came to an end with the Vote of Thanks by Dr. Smita Mishra, Dean, School of Business Studies.
