“Poster Making Competition”

Objective of the Event: To develop creativity, critical thinking, teamwork, presentation, and networking skills among students.

Participating Students: MBA, B.Com. and BBA students were the primary participants of the event.

The Maharishi School of Business Management, MUIT, Noida, in collaboration with IQAC, recently commemorated "National Management Day" through a "Poster Making Competition" held on February 21, 2024, at the SOBM Department, MUIT, Noida Campus. The event commenced with a warm welcome address by Prof. Smita Mishra, the esteemed Dean of Maharishi School of Business Management. Dr. Aditya Yadav, Deputy Dean, SOBM, and Dr. Garima Srivastava, Associate Professor, SOBM, Noida, were introduced as the distinguished judges. Noteworthy figures such as HR Sunil Mishra ji and Ms. Pancham graced the occasion, providing motivation to the participants.

The competition was executed with immense enthusiasm and fervor, showcasing the management ideologies of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji. Participants exhibited their ingenuity on oversized chart paper, employing vivid hues and compelling visuals to articulate various management concepts, themes, and principles advocated by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji, emphasizing their pertinence to contemporary management methodologies. Themes ranging from leadership and strategic planning to innovation and teamwork were beautifully depicted through their artwork.

Participants enthusiastically embraced this opportunity to delve into the teachings of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji, exploring concepts such as transcendental meditation, holistic management, and the integration of spiritual principles into organizational leadership. Through their posters, participants showcased how Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji's management thought emphasized harmony, balance, and the cultivation of inner peace as essential components of effective leadership and organizational success. Distinguished deans and faculty members from various schools graced the event, elevating its importance and allowing participants to demonstrate their innovative ideas.

Throughout the event, participants engaged in lively discussions, exchanging ideas and insights about the depicted concepts. Judges carefully evaluated each poster based on creativity, relevance, and clarity of message. At the end of the competition, winners were announced and were duly recognized with trophies and certificates for their exceptional contributions.

Overall, the poster-making competition served as a platform for students to deepen their understanding of management principles through the lens of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji's wisdom. It encouraged critical thinking, artistic expression, and the application of theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios.
