Objective: Celebration of Saraswati Puja on the occasion of Vasant Panchami.

 Participation: All faculties, staffs & students of all schools of MUIT Noida.

Maharishi School of Engineering and Technology of MUIT Noida Campus celebrated Vasant Panchami to pay obeisance to Saraswati, the Goddess of knowledge and learning, with great enthusiasm and festive fervor by the dignitaries, faculty, students, and staff of the university on February 14, 2024. 

The Vasant Panchami Celebration started with Guru Parampara Pujan by Maharishi Vedic Pandits with Vedic procedure, followed by the puja offered to the Goddess of Learning.

Everybody came together on this auspicious day of Vasant Panchami, which also marks the advent of the spring season. The colour yellow (basanti), signifying the season of spring, was prevalent not only in the traditional attire worn by students and staff but also in the aesthetically designed handmade decorations by the students using environmentally friendly material. 

The entire campus had a festive look, and all the decorations and arrangements for the puja were done by the students.

The serene ambience, the artistically done alpanas, the sound of conch shells, the chants of the sacred mantras, and the melodious devotional performance by the students filled the air of the dome with spiritual atmosphere during the cultural programme performed by them. 

The celebration came to a close with the distribution of Prasad. Gaiety and piety went hand in hand to leave an indelible impression in the minds of all those who witnessed the programme.
