An online webinar was organized by Technicolor Creative Studios and held at the Department of Animation. The session was taken by two experts from Mikros Animation, which is the animation division of Technicolor Creative Studios. Immanuel Pradeep Kumar works as a senior supervisor in the modeling department, and Joseph Antony is the head of the rigging department. Speakers at the webinar enlightened students about the working standards of the industry and how different departments collaborate with each other. Students also learned about various types of modeling as per industry standards. They also got an insight into the levels of detailing used while modeling to create CG characters and environments. As the session progressed, the speakers shared the steps from modeling a rigged character to animating it. Students also learn the importance of client handling and understanding the needs of projects. It was a fruitful session for the students.
